--> Tenant search
--> Welcoming and checking out tenants
--> Management of the cleaning at the end of a stay
--> Management of the household linen we provide
--> We automatically insure the tenant
--> We manage any issues with your property during the rental (e.g., water leak, etc.)

Our fees are 20% including VAT.

Simple contract without management:
